Home-grown and locally produced
All chefs dream of serving home-grown vegetables in their own restaurant. At Ulkeröds Gård, this dream is a reality. We grow our own potatoes, onions, tomatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, several varieties of root vegetables and herbs. To meet our restaurant’s large vegetable needs, we also order from local vegetable producers. In the morning, our chefs go into the kitchen garden and pick the vegetables that are required for the day’s menu. The farmstead also has its own free-range hens that provide us with eggs for breakfast as well as for baking and cooking.
