The event that I wanted to attend has been cancelled or rescheduled due to the COVID-19 virus. What happens now?
If an event you have bought tickets for is cancelled or rescheduled, we will send you information on refunds or the new date. Get in touch at email@example.com with the performance and the date that you bought tickets for. I’ve caught COVID-19 and/or been placed in quarantine and therefore cannot attend the event. What should I do with my tickets? Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to answer your question. I’m worried about the risk of catching COVID-19 and therefore don’t want to attend the event. Can I get a refund for the tickets I’ve bought? We’re unable to refund your tickets if the event hasn’t been cancelled due to the risk of COVID-19 and is still scheduled to take place. Due to restrictions from authorities, I’m unable to get to the event’s venue. Can I get a refund for the tickets I’ve bought?
