Beer tasting – a tasty conference activity

At Ulkeröds Gård we offer beer tasting as a conference activity - a social and educational moment where you explore together the flavors, aromas and stories behind different beer styles.

An experience for all the senses

Trying beer is about so much more than just tasting.
Here you can experience:

• The aroma when the beer is poured and opens in the glass
• The colors – from light golden to dark and rich
• The taste – from fresh and fruity to malty and bitter

During the tasting, you will be guided through the experience and gain a deeper understanding of how beer is created and why flavors differ.

Educational, relaxed and social

The tasting is led by our sommelier David Holm or one of our experienced partners.

You will get to try several different types of beer and learn about:

• Different beer styles
• The brewing process
• Flavor profiles and character

This is a perfect evening conference activity – a relaxed environment where conversation, laughter and fellowship can take place.

Unique environment in the farm pub

The beer tasting is held in the atmospheric cellar vaults under Restaurant Ekbacken – the farm's own pub.

An environment that enhances the experience and creates the right feeling for a memorable evening.
