Do you have to be a member to shoot with you?

• No. Everyone is welcome here, beginners, hunters and sports shooters alike. To use the shooting range on your own, you must be a member of “Ulkeröds Wingshooting Club”.

Do you have to have your own gun license to shoot?

• No, but if you bring your own shotgun, you will of course also need your firearms license.

What equipment do I need to bring with me? Do I have to bring my own rifle? Can I shoot with my own ammunition?

• We can provide you with a rifle, hearing protection, cap and shooting glasses. Of course you can bring your own rifle if you wish, however we only shoot with the range's ammunition.

At what age can you start clay pigeon shooting?

• There is no age limit for shooting clay pigeons (under supervision), however, it varies a bit depending on what you look like.
  Normally, from early adolescence, you are strong enough to be able to shoot. At that point, you are usually also mature enough to understand all the important safety aspects, etc.

Can I come and train with you or do I have to book a shooting lesson?

• Yes, of course you can come here and train. But if you want to do it on your own, you must be a member of “Ulkeröds Wingshooting Club”.

Do I have to make an appointment or can I just show up?

• Yes, you must book an appointment. We do not have "open shooting evenings" but all shooting is by appointment and reservation.

Can I bring someone with me who just wants to watch?

• Of course it's okay! All provided that the person follows all the safety rules that we go through together before the shooting.

Will the lesson be cancelled if the weather is bad?

• No, of course not. Clay pigeon shooting is an outdoor sport, as long as it doesn't pose a safety risk, we'll carry on as planned!
  Just make sure you have proper clothing so you can handle being outdoors.

What is your cancellation policy?

• If you cancel your lesson or shooting earlier than 48 hours before the scheduled time, your cancellation is free of charge. If you cancel later, you will be charged.
