Welcome to one Whiskey tasting weekend here at Ulkeröds Gård!
We will meet at the Ekbacken restaurant where you will be guided for two hours by Henric Molin.
During the afternoon, Henric will tell you about his journey, share the history of whiskey, and guide you through five carefully selected varieties from Spirit of Hven - an exclusive tasting filled with aroma, taste and stories.
The whiskey tasting package with our tasting menu and overnight stay can be booked on Saturday, February 28th.
Upon check-in we serve welcome coffee.
The whiskey tasting starts at 16:00 PM.
During the evening we will then serve a tasting menu in 6 servings that chef Jonas Blomstervall has composed and our talented chefs have prepared with love.
For dinner, there is of course the option of ordering a wine package for those who want to continue the evening in the spirit of wine!
Enjoy the atmosphere at restaurant Ekbacken and end the evening with pub grub.
Full and satisfied, a good night's sleep awaits you in your hotel room. When you wake up, it's entirely up to you whether you want to start the day with a farm breakfast before checking out.
