Welcome to one "Wine tasting weekend" at Ulkeröds Gård
For two hours you will be guided by our sommelier Dennis Zikovic as you try five wines from different countries and regions
You will learn tasting methodology, basic facts about wines, different grapes and regions, a knowledge that you can then impress your friends with. Of course, we also go through how you can match food with wines
During the year, we will conduct three wine tasting weekends
After you have checked into your nice hotel room, we serve welcome coffee, coffee and home baked goods.
The wine tasting starts at 16:00
During the evening we then serve a tasting menu in 6 servings that chef Jonas Blomstervall has composed and our talented chefs have prepared with love. If you order our wine package, you will also get to taste some of the wines you tried with the evening's food
Enjoy the atmosphere at the Ekbacken restaurant and end the evening with pub coziness
Satisfied and satisfied, a good night's sleep awaits in your hotel room, when you wake up a delicious farm breakfast is laid out
