Farm lunch

With us, everyone can enjoy a tasty and well-prepared farm lunch! Bring your colleagues, family or a friend and come here in the middle of the day. Our popular farm lunch is served Wednesday to Sunday by reservation from 12:00 to 14:00. The lunch consists of a starter and main course and ends with a homemade truffle. Don't forget to book a table so that we have places left when you come.

Tasting menu - evening menu

Do you want a luxurious dinner for two, a dinner to celebrate something special or just to get away and eat good food? No matter what, you are most welcome to book a table at restaurant Ekbacken. Our tasting menu is served Wednesday - Saturday, with booking from 18:00 every week, the tasting menu is in six servings. The menu changes every week and the ingredients are adapted to what the season has to offer.

For the food, we of course have good drinks and wine packages to choose from. Our wine cellar is like a dream for all wine lovers.

2- or 3-course evening menu

Treat yourself to some everyday luxury! On Wednesdays and Thursdays you can book our 2-course menu consisting of a starter and a main course. If you want a little extra luxury, you can upgrade to a 3-course meal with dessert. This evening menu is served Wednesday-Thursday with reservations from 8.00:XNUMX every week.

The restaurant normally has room for 90 guests, but for larger events the entire Ekbacken can accommodate up to 150 guests. The restaurant is not only open for hotel guests and conferences, but of course also for those looking for a unique restaurant at a reasonable distance for a day trip from Uddevalla, Tanum, Sotenäs, Dalsland or Strömstad.
