Taste Bohuslän – A tribute to the game at Ulkeröds Gård

Welcome to two unique theme weeks in October where we highlight the best from the Swedish forest – tasty, sustainable and locally produced.

During Taste Bohuslän, we invite you to an experience for both palate and heart. Here, game is at the center – not just as a raw material, but as a story, lifestyle and climate-smart choice.

The theme evenings take place Wednesday–Saturday, September 30–October 3 and October 7–10.

The evenings begin at 17 pm with an inspiring presentation where we share our story: From forest to table . You will follow the journey of game – from the wild to the plate – with a focus on ethics, sustainability and craftsmanship. Along with the story, you are invited to a wine tasting where three different types of game are highlighted and matched with selected wines.

You will be served an exclusive tasting menu in a total of 8 servings - a culinary experience that highlights the variety and refined flavors of the game.

Of course, there is a drink package designed to match the flavors of the game menu - for those who want to enhance the taste journey even further.

Remember to always book a table if you want to come and eat. As there are often many guests with us, and so that you don't have to wait or risk that it is full - book a table!
With our online booking, you can book for a maximum of 8 people. If you are more than 8 people - call or email us and we will book you in subject to availability. We only have a limited number of places on our online booking.

The days marked in red are possible for online bookings, on other days we want you to call or email your booking request.
