At Ulkeröds Gård, dinner is more than a meal – it is an experience.
Here, seasonal ingredients, the Bohuslän landscape and personal hospitality come together, which means that many of our guests return, year after year.
Our chef Jonas Blomstervall composes menus that follow the changes of the seasons and are based on carefully selected ingredients from the farm and our local producers. Together with a carefully selected wine selection, a dining experience is created where every detail has its place.

Farm lunch
In the middle of the day we serve our popular farm lunch – a carefully prepared two-course lunch with a starter and main course, ending with something sweet from the kitchen.
A perfect break from everyday life with colleagues, family or friends.

When evening comes, Restaurant Ekbacken invites you to dining experiences where seasonal ingredients, craftsmanship in the kitchen and the Bohuslän nature take center stage.
Depending on the season, we offer different evening menus.
Tasting menu
Our tasting menu is Restaurant Ekbacken's signature experience.
Over six servings, we focus on the best seasonal ingredients. The menu changes constantly according to the rhythm of nature and what our local producers have to offer. For dinner, we offer carefully selected wine packages from our wine cellar, designed to enhance each serving.
Served Wednesday–Saturday from 6:00 PM.

2- or 3-course evening menu
For those of you who would like a shorter dinner, we offer our carefully composed two- or three-course evening menu.
Here you can enjoy the same focus on quality, seasonal ingredients and personal hospitality - in a slightly smaller format.
Served Wednesday–Thursday from 6:00 PM.
Please note: During the period July 1–August 8, the 2- or 3-course menu will not be served. Instead, we welcome you to our popular Sharing Grill Menu in the pavilion.

Make the experience complete
Why let the evening end after dinner?
Many of our guests choose to combine their visit to the restaurant with an overnight stay in one of our hotel rooms. Then you can enjoy the evening in peace and quiet and wake up to our popular breakfast buffet, surrounded by the Bohuslän nature.
For those who want to stay a little longer, the farm also offers walking trails, a sauna, a wood-fired hot tub, a farm shop and many other experiences.
