Terms and conditions for our gift cards
Redemption
Our gift cards are valid throughout Ulkeröds Gård and can be used as payment for both accommodation, visits to the restaurant, the farm shop or one of our other points of sale on the farm.
Gift cards can be redeemed in our online store or when booking online, it can also be redeemed at our reception.
You can use the entire sum at once or split it up over several occasions.
Digital gift card
You will receive an e-mail with a PDF file after completing the purchase. There are no extra costs or fees.
However, if you wish to have your gift card printed and sent by post, a fee of SEK 75 will be added. All orders are posted within 2 business days. Contact us by phone for urgent deliveries.
Deed of value
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are a document of value that you as a customer should be careful about. It is only valid in original and gift cards are not linked to a specific person. Ulkeröds Gård is not responsible for lost gift cards. Unfortunately, a lost gift card cannot be replaced.
WARNING - for fraudsters who sell gift cards second hand. Only gift cards purchased through us are accepted.
Currency
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK)
Moms
No VAT is payable on gift card sales. VAT is only reported when gift cards are used.
Period of validity
Gift cards of any amount are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Other gift cards such as "package gift cards" are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Right of withdrawal within 7 days
You can cancel your gift card purchase and have the amount refunded if you contact us within a week of the purchase date (7 days).
Important information for you who buy from us
On May 25, 2018, the Personal Data Act was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will strengthen the protection of personal data for private individuals throughout the EU.
In accordance with this law, we want to inform you about how we handle your personal data, we save contact details in order to;
- be able to manage your booking with us
- send you information before the stay
- via newsletter to inform you about our advantageous offers and activities
- send a guest survey after your stay to share your experience with us
We handle data about you in a reliable manner and we do not share this information with third parties.
You can at any time request to obtain information or ask us to delete the information, by contacting us.
