None other than the head chef himself, Sweden’s very own Leif Mannerström, will open our new fine restaurant. He has promised it will be something extra exciting. Leif is the first of our guest chefs, who we will be welcoming regularly throughout the year. Do not miss the many exciting chefs who will be dropping by Ekbacken.
