Saturday 7 March, 19.00 Eight-course tasting menu! Our very own head chef, Jonas Blomstervall, will compose an exclusive eight-course tasting menu just for this evening that you’ll not soon forget. It features the best from around the world, which is why we’ve chosen to call the evening Lyx i Överflöd, or Luxury in Abundance. For this evening, I, together with my team – Erik Lundin and Anders Edmark – have invited Lars Selberg, head chef at Sjömagasinet in Gothenburg, to create this exclusive menu. Our wine supplier, Johan Nilsson from Viva, has selected the very best wines for the menu, and he’ll be at the restaurant to guide you through the evening’s tastings.
