An evening for those who appreciate wine and experiences

Welcome to wine tasting at Ulkeröds Gård - a tasting experience where knowledge, craftsmanship and enjoyment meet in a quiet and natural environment.

We gather at Restaurant Ekbacken where you will be guided through the evening's wines for a couple of hours by an experienced tasting leader. You will learn the basics of tasting methodology, discover differences between grapes and regions, and how wine and food interact to create memorable tasting experiences.

Saturday, October 24 – Chardonnay from around the world

This evening we are being hosted by Charles Kennergren – a well-regarded wine connoisseur and tasting leader.

During the evening we will taste eight carefully selected wines with a focus on Chardonnay, from some of the world's premier wine regions. The tasting is led by Charles and followed by a three-course dinner where the wines meet the food in thoughtful combinations.

Chef Jonas Blomstervall has composed the menu specifically for the evening.

Time:
Tasting starts at 18:00 PM
Dinner is served at approximately 20:00 PM.
