Welcome to a Wine Tasting at Ulkeröds Gård!

Vi träffas på Restaurang Ekbacken där ni under två timmar blir guidade medan ni provar er igenom flera viner från olika länder och regioner.

You will learn tasting methodology and basic facts about different wines, grapes and regions. Of course, we also go through how you can take the knowledge home with you to pair wine with food and thus create fantastic flavor combinations!

After the tasting, you are invited to a table inside the restaurant where we serve the evening's tasting menu – a gastronomic experience in six servings. Of course, we also offer a wine package with suitable wines for the food for those who wish to continue the evening in the spirit of wine.

Lördag 31 januari – tema Pinot Noir med Charles Kennergren

Vi gästas av ingen mindre än Charles Kennergren, som är en erfaren och välrenommerad vinkännare och provningsledare! Temat för kvällen är Pinot Noir från hela världen. Totalt testas åtta olika viner från topproducenter från jordens alla hörn. Vinerna testas och diskuteras först under ledning av Charles och därefter i kombination med mat – under kvällen serveras en trerättersmiddag som köksmästare Jonas Blomstervall komponerat, väl anpassad till de viner som ingår i provningen. Kvällen börjar 18:00. Maten serveras ca 20:00
