What could be better than starting Christmas with an atmospheric Christmas dinner at Ulkeröds Gård?

Chef Jonas Blomstervall, together with our kitchen team, has composed a Christmas dinner where the best of the classic Swedish Christmas table meets Ulkeröds Gård's own kitchen. Here, the flavors, ingredients and meal experience are at the center - with a focus on local ingredients and Christmas traditions in a modern twist.

Instead of a traditional Christmas table, we serve the flavors of Christmas as a sharing menu in eight servings , directly at your table. Here you can enjoy the classic flavors of Christmas in our own version – served to be shared around the table, in a calm and atmospheric environment.

The evening begins with mulled wine and snacks outside in the pavilion before you are invited to a table.

Christmas dinner in eight servings

1. Mulled wine and snacks – we start the evening with mulled wine mingling and something delicious from the kitchen.
2. Herring and Jansson – the chefs' selected herrings together with our Jansson.
3. Fish and seafood – Christmas flavors from the sea.
4. Patés, terrines and Christmas ham – classic flavors with Ulkeröd's own touch.
5. Lutefish or cod – choose your favorite with matching accessories.
6. Crispy fried pork and red cabbage – warm, humid and festive.
7. Dessert tray – a selection of Christmas' sweet flavors.
8. Christmas sweets – we round off the dinner down in the pub with treats for coffee.

Our eight-course Christmas dinner can be booked Thursday–Saturday from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM during the period November 18–December 20.

Sunday lunch with the flavors of Christmas

On Sundays from 12:00–14:00 during the same period, we serve our Sunday lunch with the flavors of Christmas in five servings.

A slightly shorter experience for those of you who want to enjoy the delicious flavors of Christmas and Ulkeröd's Christmas atmosphere during the day.

Lutefish lunch

On Sundays from 12:00 to 14:00 we also serve our classic fish lunch with all the traditional accompaniments – béchamel sauce, peas, potatoes, allspice, butter and crispy pork.
