Welcome to a Christmas-inspired menu at Ulkeröds Gård in Hedekas

What could be better than starting Christmas with a Christmas dinner at Ulkeröds Gård?

Chef Jonas Blomstervall has composed a menu with the best of the classic Christmas dishes in a modern twist and with a focus on local ingredients.
The result? A Christmas-inspired sharing menu in 8 servings, directly at your table!

The dinner starts with mulled wine and snacks in the pavilion.
You are then invited to the table and served the chefs' best herring and Jansson. 
Continue with fish and shellfish, and then pâtés, terrines and ham.
Then choose between lutefish and cod before it's time for pork and red cabbage. 
At the end, you will be served a tempting dessert tray followed by delicious Christmas sweets.

The Christmas-inspired eight-course menu can be booked Thursday-Saturday from 18.00:20.00 PM to 19:21 PM during the period November XNUMX to December XNUMX.
